Porcine Trichinosis Antibody Rapid Test Kit 50 Tests/Kit GMP
1. Principle
The Porcine Trichinella spiralis antibody rapid test card, using
colloidal gold immuno-chromatographic method, to detect the
antibody against Porcine Trichinella spiralis virus in sample of
whole blood, serum and tissue. It can assist the diagnostic of
Trichinella spiralis infection.

3. Test procedure
3.1 Serum, whole blood
1) Use dropper absorb serum or whole blood, drop 2 drops into drop
bottle with sample buffer vertical and slowly one by one.
2) Cup the bottle and shake it evenly.
3) Take out test card, put it on flat desk.
4) Use drop bottle drop 4 diluted sample into into “S” mark well
accurately, slowly drop by drop.
5) Put it at room temperature for 10mins and read the result. It is
invalid after 15mins.
3.2 Tissue
1) Take about 1 g tissue without fat.
2) Fully crushed or cut into pieces and put it into drop bottle
with sample buffer.
3) Cup the bottle and shake it evenly.
4) Take out test card, put it on flat desk.
5) Use drop bottle drop 4 diluted sample into into “S” mark well
accurately, slowly drop by drop.
6) Put it at room temperature for 10mins and read the result. It is
invalid after 15mins.
4. Results judgment
1) Positive: control line and test line are both seen wine red;
2) Negative: only control line is seen wine red;
3) Invalidation: control line isn't seen wine red.
5. Storage and expiry date
Store at 2 - 30ºC and the shelf life is 24 months.
6. Notice
1) Do not use product with broken Aluminum foil bag package. Use
test card in 1 hour after taking out.
2) If the serum can not be tested immediately, store at 4℃ for
short time (in 48hours), store at below -20℃ for long-tern storage.
3) Avoid bubble when adding sample, the sample quantity should be
controlled at about 100ul (about 4 drops). Too much sample would
not increase sensitivity.
4) Treat the test card and sample at pollutant according to local
regulations.
5) Do not use test card out of date.
6) This test is disposable, do not repeat use.
