3. Aflatoxin M1 Rapid Mycotoxin Testing Kits Principle
The aflatoxin M1 rapid test strip is based on the principle of
competitive inhibition immunochromatography. During the process,
the aflatoxin M1 in the sample binds to the aflatoxin M1-specific
colloidal gold-labeled monoclonal antibody, which inhibits the
binding of the antibody to the aflatoxin M1-BSA conjugate on the NC
membrane detection line, resulting in the detection of The line is
discolored. When the sample has no residue of aflatoxin M1 or the
concentration is lower than the detection limit, the T line is
darker than the C line; when the concentration is equal to or
higher than the detection limit, the T line is obviously lighter
than the C line, or the T line has no color, or the T line and the
C line are colored same. The C line will appear regardless of
whether there is aflatoxin M1 residue in the sample, indicating
that the detection is valid.

5. Matters needing attention
1) The test card can only be used once at room temperature, please
do not use the expired test card.
2) Please seal the bottle after taking out the required test
strips. If all 8 microwells cannot be used at once, return the
remaining cups to the bottle and seal.
3) Do not touch the white film surface in the middle of the test
card, avoid direct sunlight and direct blowing of fans.
4) The milk sample should be completely liquid without any clumping
and sedimentation.
5) Use the test strips again for a positive result.
6. Specificity
Tests for 500ppb sulfonamides, quinolones and tetracyclines. All
results were negative.
7. Storage and validity period
Storage: 2-8 ℃ dark, sealed, dry place, not frozen.
